Warranty All digital cameras ship with either a 1 or 2 year Canadian warranty card or a 1 year Canada & US warranty card as provided by the Canadian distributor / camera manufacturer. For digital cameras sold with Canadian warranty, (ie: Nikon) needing warranty service, please return the camera to us shipped pre-paid both ways, so that we can have the manufacturer / distributor inspect / repair your camera at their discretion per the Canadian Warranty. Shipping All Canadian destination orders for in-stock merchandise are shipped from Photocreative inc. same or next-day using 3-7 day Canada Post expedited ground service. If you choose to order an item that is not in stock, we will ship your order out within 1 day from the time we receive it from our supplier using 3-5 day Canada Post expedited ground service as above. NOTE: Backorders placed for out of stock items are not charged to your credit until your order ships. Internet Returns Policy All online purchases and used item purchases are final sale. In-store purchases have a 7 day return period. All returns must be received by us in 'as new' condition, complete with all packaging, accessories, blank warranty cards & manuals. Returned items with items missing / damaged or incomplete packaging will either be refused or a restocking fee deducted at our discretion. Please note: special-order, software & clearance items may not be returned - (unless defective at our discretion).
